Good place on budget and near to ISBT

This hotel near to mall road and adjacent ISBT bus stand. I have stayed for couple of times now. Do not expect any view as it is inside the bustling street of the town. Due to its easy access to ISBT, you can have a night stay here if you have a early morning bus or shared car to catch in next day. The rooms and bathrooms are clean enough, has a hot water facility. You will get rooms in very low price range, even without any earlier booking. Food quality or variety is not that good. We preferred to eat outside as they are plenty of eateries in front of the hotel. Stayed in the range of 500 INR

it was our first day of holiday, hotel is average, not so good place to stay but if you want to spend less money then this hotel is good option. Staff is good, near by food eats are good, good for short stay.

Where to start from.. Horrible Experience. I just had a visit with my buddies just for a day to enjoy Manali, but my stay in the Chelsea Hotel was honestly the big mistake. The staff is too unkind, unpolite specifically if I talk about the owner of the hotel who keeps on roaming around in the hotel premises after getting drunk in evening hours, misbehaving with the Hotel staff as well as tourists. And the toilets were very dirty. Avoid "Chelsea", Enjoy Manali!! (y)

Staff was good. The place was a bit messy but not that much to make you uncomfortable. The bathrooms were good enough. The food at this place was good though, especially the paranthas were astonishingly delicious.

this hotel was one of the first we spotted getting off a very long bus trip in the pouring rain and tempted mostly by the name we booked in. our room was about 3 floors up, had a small balcony and was a bit grubby. bathroom not great but we saw much worse in india. not too pricey but issues with noise from surrounding rooms. we didn't eat here and only stayed one night.
